It's time to Mow Down Pollution, Weld County.

Exchange your mower for an earth-friendly machine.

      The lawn mower exchange event took place on Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26 at the Greeley Farmers Market at the Union Pacific Historic Depot. 902 7th Ave.

     Those two days, about 125 gasoline mowers were recycled, and about that many new electric mowers were sold.

Follow these steps to participate:.

1.  Order an electric mower at www.NeutonPower.com/RAQ08012 or

2.  Mail your purchase receipt and proof of recycling your gasoline mower to:*

*Rebate Structure: 

> send a copy of your sales receipt from Neuton along with proof that you recycled your gasoline mower and receive $50

> send a copy of your sales receipt from Neuton only and receive $25

> $34 will also be sent to you for shipping costs, totaling  an $84 rebate total.

Why: Your old gas-powered lawn equipment is one of the most significant producers of harmful emissions to our air. Please recycle your gasoline-powered lawnmower at our Lawn Mower Exchange. Electric lawnmowers will be sold at significantly lower prices to those who bring their old mowers to recycle. Please drain the fuel out of your old mower before exchanging it.
